Q: How do i order ?
A: Simply navigate through our website and look for the item you want, after choosing, register an account with us, checkout and simply choose COD to submit your order.
You will receive an email / SMS from us regarding the delivery or meetup time. Payment will be settled upon meetup.
Only Cash is accepted in this mode of transaction

Q: For the Preorder Upcoming Kits, do i need to pay up-front first ? and how long will the item arrive ?
A: We require a minimum 50% upfront payment for Preorder Upcoming Kits. Item will arrive in 3 - 4 weeks after Japan Release.

Q: For the Resin Request Order, do i need to pay up-front first ? and how long will the item arrive ?
A: We require a minimum 50% upfront payment for Request Resin Order. Item will arrive in 1 - 2 weeks time.

Q: I am looking for some specific kits, can you bring it in for me?
A: Email me at admin@gunplasg.com the kit you are looking for, i will check stock availability and try to bring it in for you.

Q: I got some questions, how do i contact you ?

Q: I changed my mind about a pre-order, can i refund the money ?
A: We will check if the pre-order has been shipped, if the item is not shipped yet, we can try to cancel the order and refund the money, but once the item is shipped, there will be NO MORE cancellation....

For International Customers

Q: How do i order ?

You will receive an email from us within 1 day on the shipping charges, afterwhich you may wish to pay us through Paypal.
Currently we only accept Paypal as the mode of transaction.

Q: For the Preorder Upcoming Kits, do i need to pay up-front first ? and how long will the item arrive ?
A: International Customers will need to make full payment first, afterwhich item will arrive 3 - 4 weeks time after Japan Release and i will repost the item to your designated country.

Q: For the Resin Request Order, do i need to pay up-front first ? and how long will the item arrive ?
A: International Customers will need to make full payment first, afterwhich item will arrive 1 - 2 weeks time to Singapore and i will repost the item to your designated country.
